After another week of good play from Bortles and Co., Head Coach Gus Bradley said after the game that Chad Henne will start the first regular season game. The Jaguars lost to the Lions 13-12 after a fourth quarter rally by the Lions’ reserves. Blake Bortles had his first touchdown reception to Allen Hurns in the third quarter. Overall the game was considered a success by the coaching staff and by the players. The defense let the Lions have some big plays, and need to correct that.
